  • Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Is there a time limit on returning or exchanges?

    Any issues with orders have to be raised within 7 days of ordering or 3 days after you receive the product which ever is the later date.

    Please be advised that the hair extensions must be returned in its original conditions, if not an exchange cannot be issued.

    **Returns must have a tracking number as we are not liable for lost returns. Once hair extensions have been received, we will check to make sure the hair extensions are intact, then process of exchange will proceed.**

  • What is your exchange policy?

    Exchanges can be in the form:

    Another length/type of hair

    OR

    A gift card/voucher for use at a later date.

  • Do you offer Paypal Refunds?

    Our hair extensions are hygiene sensitive. Due to these reasons PayPal refunds are not permitted, notwithstanding Mizmakeme are happy to make an exchange on the basis of the packaging has not been tampered, open or hair has not been worn.

  • How long does Mizmakeme hair last?

    We have specifically chosen and worked with our suppliers to bring you hair that has minimal shedding day to day, hair that can be dyed and have some heat treatment and played with. We want to give you absolutely freedom without the worry that the hair will fall apart.

    With everyday wear and regular washing and good care taken we believe that our hair can last a minimum of two years.

    Remember that after dyeing or multiple heat treatments, you may need to use high street brands to revive and/or keep the hair gorgeous as you would with your natural hair.

  • What's the difference between everyday and premium?

    The difference between the two ranges that we sell is the quality of the hair differs, not only in terms of the density and percentage of correct length hair strands but also in terms of the hair texture.

    Our everyday hair has a much firmer texture which is more suitable for everyday wear as it can handle the weather, being brushed and being washed more often than our premium hair which is more silky.

    All our bundles weigh 90-100 grams but the amount of hair strands that are within a reasonable error to make it look natural is slightly greater in our everyday hair.

    The reason for this not affecting the overall quality is that it isn't apparent when you are going about your daily life but would be if you've got a special occasion and everything else is perfect we would recommend the premium range as it just looks amazing in pictures and in the spotlight.

    We work with our suppliers constantly to only bring products we would wear and take huge pride in our products as they reflect the love and devotion we have to our work.

  • What is virgin hair?

    Virgin hair is 100% real human hair that has no synthetic fibres added to the bundle and has no be pretreated with any chemicals. A bundle is a long strip of material which the strands of hair are attached to.

    Virgin hair has different quality in terms of the density of the bundle, the percentage of the bundle that is within two inches of the advertised length and the size of the bundle head.

    If the bundle head is big but the density of the bundle is poor that means that the hair will be patchy in places when it is sew in to weave or a wig.

    Mizmakeme only believes in using the best quality so we only sell 9A and 10A quality hair.

    Standard Delivery (Royal Mail International Tracked): £9.99

    All Standard delivery orders will be posted on the same day (before 2pm) or next day (after 2pm) and delivered within 3-7 Working Days, you will be provided with a tracking number by email/text.

  • Hair for Salon Appointments

    No Charge

    Due to all hair orders being dealt with in the early afternoon, there is a cut-off time of 2pm for order hair for next day appointments. If you fail to abide by this rule then your appointment might have to be cancelled or rearranged.

  • Click & Collect: No Charge

    All Click & Collect orders can be collected on the same day during trading hours, each order will be held for up to 5 days. After this time the items may be reassigned to another customer, which can result in a delay if items have to be restocked.

  • Standard Delivery

    (2 Day Tracked Service): £2.99

    All Standard delivery orders will be posted on the same day (before 2pm) or next day (after 2pm) and delivered within 3 Working Days, you will be provided with a tracking number by email/text.

  • Next Day Delivery

    (Royal Mail Tracked24) : £4.99

    All Next Day delivery orders will be posted on the same day (before 2pm) or next day (after 2pm) and delivered within 1 Working Days, you will be provided with a tracking number by email/text.
